This policy explains what information iLEAD 2026 — the leadership fest organised by LEAD College Autonomous, Dhoni, Palakkad — collects from participants and visitors to this website, and how it is used.

Information we collect

When your team registers for iLEAD 2026, the registration form (linked from this site) collects details such as team members' names, college, course and year, contact number, email address, and payment reference. If you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.

This website itself does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts.

How we use your information

To process and confirm your team's registration
To verify payment of the registration fee
To communicate event updates, schedule changes, or logistics information
To contact you regarding accommodation, transportation, or other event-day coordination

Photography and video

Photography and videography take place throughout iLEAD 2026, and resulting photos and videos may be used on this website, LEAD College's social media, and future promotional material — some of this year's featured content in the "Moments" section on this site is from a previous edition. If you would prefer not to be featured, or want existing content removed, contact us using the details below.

Payments

Registration fee payments are made directly via UPI or bank transfer to LEAD College's own accounts, as listed on the registration page of this site. Payment processing itself is handled by your bank or UPI provider — we do not store your card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

Third-party services

Team registration is collected through an external form (Google Forms). Submitting that form is subject to Google's own privacy practices in addition to this policy. This site also links out to Instagram and WhatsApp for contact and social media — those platforms have their own separate privacy policies.

Data retention

Registration and contact information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to organise iLEAD 2026 and for post-event record-keeping (e.g. prize disbursal, accounts).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask what we have on file, by emailing ilead@lead.ac.in or calling +91 70124 19575.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the event approaches; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
