These terms apply to any team or individual registering for or attending iLEAD 2026, held October 1–3, 2026 at LEAD College Autonomous, Dhoni, Palakkad. By registering, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility

Any undergraduate college may enter one team of five students. Arts & Science third-year and B.Tech fourth-year students are eligible to take part. Teams may include boys, girls, or both.

Registration

Only the first 300 valid team registrations will be accepted, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The registration fee is ₹2,500 per team, inclusive of all taxes, covering competition participation, food, and accommodation.
Payment can be made via UPI (leadcollege@sbi) or bank transfer, as listed on the registration page.
Registration is confirmed only once both payment and the completed registration form are received — payment alone does not confirm your spot.
Carry a valid college ID card or a bonafide certificate to the event; this may be checked on arrival.

Cancellations and refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. If the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organisers, LEAD College will communicate next steps to registered teams.

Event conduct

Arrive at LEAD College Autonomous by 9:00 AM on October 1 and stay through the programme's close at 1:00 PM on October 3.
Each competition event has its own rules; coordinators will explain these before the event begins. Judges' decisions are final.
Alcohol is prohibited on campus.
Follow the instructions of event officials and coordinators at all times, and complete closing formalities before leaving unless permission is granted otherwise.
T-shirts and certificates are provided to participants who stay until the end of the programme.

Accommodation and meals

Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, and limited dormitory accommodation with separate facilities for boys and girls, are included as part of team registration. Contact the accommodation coordinator in advance if you need a place to stay the night before the event.

A faculty member accompanying the team

A faculty member may accompany the team but this is not compulsory, and no separate faculty registration is required. Faculty members are not permitted to assist students during competitions or activities.

Photography and media

By attending iLEAD 2026, you consent to being photographed and filmed, and to that content being used by LEAD College on this website, its social media, and future promotional material. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to the event

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, venue, guest lineup, or competition format if circumstances require it, and will communicate significant changes to registered teams where possible.

Liability

Participants attend and take part in all activities at their own risk. LEAD College Autonomous will take reasonable care for participants' safety but is not liable for loss, injury, or damage except where caused by the organisers' own negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Palakkad, Kerala.
